The 7 Day Miracle Diet

The 7 day miracle diet is unlike all other diets which deprive you of precious food and make you control the portions.

The miracle diet is not only a blend of carbohydrates, protein, dairy, fiber and loads of water, but it is also amazing as it never lets your energy levels become low.

More importantly, the miracle diet is made for everyone who want to lose a few pounds without deviating from the weight loss path as it allows you to eat the amount your body desires.

While you will enjoy 4 glasses of skimmed milk daily, on the other hand, the meal plans will vary.

1. Monday

The first day is all about detox. What better for detox than fruits?

Monday is all about fruits so eat all you can. Go for apples, bananas, strawberries, water melon, melon, cherries, guavas, oranges, etc.

However, ditch mango and pineapple.

  • Breakfast: 1 or 2 boiled eggs
  • Lunch: Fruit salad and 1 glass of skimmed milk
  • Snack: More fruits plus 1 glass of skimmed milk
  • Snack 2: 1 glass of Skimmed milk
  • Dinner: Fruit Salad and skimmed milk

2. Tuesday

The second day is again detox day and vegetables will be on the menu.

If you want to cook them, either steam them, boil them in the form of soup or stir fry them in not more than 1 teaspoon of oil.

  • Breakfast: 1 boiled egg
  • Lunch: veggie salad with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumber, etc. Plus 1 glass of skimmed milk
  • Snack: stir fried veggies (carrots, beans, lettuce, onions, etc) Plus1 glass of skimmed milk
  • Snack 2: veggie soup. Add seasoning. Plus 1 glass of Skimmed milk
  • Dinner: Veggies in any form.

3. Wednesday

Wednesday is a protein day so all you can eat is lentils and pulses.

Hold on, don’t move to chicken and meat just yet as high protein days will come end of the week.

Avoid chickpeas and split chickpeas.

  • Breakfast: 1 boiled egg
  • Lunch: Boiled red and yellow lentil mixed with seasoning. 1 glass of skimmed milk
  • Snack: Boiled and stir fried beans. 1 glass of skimmed milk
  • Snack 2: Lentils of your choice in any form.1 glass of Skimmed milk
  • Dinner: Lentils of your choice, preferably in soup form.

4. Thursday

Day 4 is about regaining energy levels and what better than bananas!

Eat 8 bananas and pair it with 8 glassed of skimmed milk instead of 4 and stay full all day long.

Don’t forget to have your egg for breakfast though.

The ideal way to get passed this day is to eat your bananas raw, sometimes cut it in pieces and enjoy it with a pinch of seasoning to change the taste.

Other times, you can blend the skimmed milk and bananas in a shake and drink up!

5. Friday, Saturday and Sunday

The last 3 days of the week are high protein days where you get to enjoy chicken, red meat and fish.

You can have your protein in any way possible but it is suggested that you control your portions for these 3 days.

The high protein days will give your muscles the fuel they require while the skimmed milk will help signal the body that it does not need to store energy in the form of fat anymore.

Enjoy your high protein in the form of:

  • Steaks
  • BBQ pieces
  • Boiled chicken with soup
  • Kebabs
  • Beef strips for snacks
  • Patties without the buns
  • Fish fillets
